Job Summary
Conduct inspections and monitor operations for conformity to quality, health, safety, and legal standards across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Verify that permits are obtained and displayed, investigate complaints, and prepare report findings with recommended actions. Confer with officials to interpret regulations and assist in altering methods to meet established standards. Inform the QC Manager of pertinent problems and irregularities within your area of responsibility. Recommend changes in administrative procedures, facilities, and practices. Maintain a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of similar experience
- experience or training in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC/BAS control systems
- Valid driver's license compliant with REAL ID Act
- willing and able to obtain a driver's license
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pass a background check
- U.S. citizenship
