Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary
Execute on-site inspections before, during, and after operations to ensure work meets contract and industry standards. Prepare Inspection Reports, Discrepancy reports, and Corrective/Preventive Action plans in accordance with the Site Quality Control Plan and ISO standards. Identify workforce, facility, and equipment deficiencies, then recommend corrective actions to the Quality Control Manager. Investigate incidents and accidents, initiating root cause analyses for quality, environmental, safety, and health noncompliance. Maintain the technical library and advise supervisors on work trends and improvements. Support the project Safety Plan through training and adherence monitoring. This position may serve on an emergency management/response team as required by contract.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in quality control of construction and/or maintenance of Facilities, and/or Municipal Services
- Possess and maintain State Issued Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred
- Experience with Municipal Services or Maintenance contracts Preferred
