Job Summary
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products by confirming they meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards through visual and measurement tests. Document inspection results by completing reports and checklists while communicating rejections, violations, and required corrections to supervisors, Production, and QC Managers. Adhere to all policies, protocols, and safety standards while performing assigned duties in a fast-paced environment. Requires walking, sitting, lifting up to 20 pounds, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Requires walking, sitting, lifting (up to 20 pounds), pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints and communicate design requirements to Production
- Experience in Quality Control Inspection in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand building code and gain an understanding of the construction manuals, standards and specifications regarding the products
- High School diploma
- Ability to effectively use Excel, Word and Outlook
- Effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a climate-protected environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ability to read a tape measure
