Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting materials, components, and final products to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory specifications. This role involves collaborating with production departments to improve production quality, documenting inspection results, and maintaining safety and health standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, experience in a manufacturing environment, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The position requires physical demands such as lifting and handling materials, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds
- High school diploma and substantial experience in fabrication/manufacturing environment
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and take direction
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in quality control Inspection preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
