Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary
Conduct quality checks on trailers for Big Tex and PJ Trailers by performing detailed inspections of raw materials and final products, monitoring production processes, and identifying malfunctions. Track quality assessments and maintain records of defects using checklists, standard work, and iAuditor templates to ensure plant output meets daily expectations. Collaborate with the manufacturing team and operations staff to deliver the highest quality product while following all required PPE and safety protocols. Work in a fast-paced industrial environment, frequently lifting up to 40+ pounds and adapting to varying outside temperatures and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate organizational skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds
