Job Summary
Quality Control Inspector responsible for quality verification inspections to ensure items meet program standards, perform sampling, testing, weighing, and inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products; read and interpret specifications and drawings; ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment; conduct in-progress, incoming, verification, visual, periodic, and no-notice inspections; document deficiencies and initiate corrective actions; train personnel and coordinate with quality team to resolve problems; familiar with quality assurance policies and customer specifications; ISO 9001:2000 internal auditor a plus; must have a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum five years in aircraft production and three to five years in Quality Control; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated high school or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years production experience in aircraft environment
- Minimum five (3) years Quality Control experience
- Acceptable Comprehension (read & write) of English Language
- Competent with Microsoft word and excel
- Certified ISO 9001 :2000 internal auditor a plus
