Job Summary
Use work instructions to verify product conformity and perform thorough final inspections to guarantee quality standards. Create no conforming material reports, analyze non-conforming components, and troubleshoot identified issues. Maintain inspection equipment within calibration cycles and prepare accepted products by labeling unique device identification labels. Document all assigned inspections with accurate records and reports prior to product release. Identify improvement areas and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality. Work on real aerospace components for commercial, business, and military aircraft under a 9/80 schedule with no weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous quality experience of a minimum of 2 years
- Great attention to detail

- Knowledge in all areas of inspection, including operation and maintenance of inspection equipment
- Experience in reading inspection processes and interpreting engineering drawings
