Job Summary
Inspect and evaluate final products for compliance with customer specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges to validate conformance, while reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Perform rework activities including mask touch-up, material removal, burnishing, and plating, then verify and document acceptability before release. Prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection reports and standard documentation to ensure traceability and accuracy. Identify and mark non-conforming products to prevent unintended shipment, maintain department logs, and perform preventative maintenance tasks. Complete all customer deliverables and provide cross-functional support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizen
- Lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
- Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
- Eligible to obtain any required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment
