Job Summary
Conduct quality control inspections for dental technician products, evaluating each case against Rx specifications and standard procedures. Serve as a liaison between technicians and managers, communicating continuously about work quality, turnaround times, deadlines, and workflow. Provide constructive feedback to technicians, solve problems, and train staff while ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Send and receive files to and from specified labs as directed. Requires high school diploma; pays $19.36/hr.
