Job Summary
Conduct Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, installation standards, and safety protocols are followed effectively. Coordinate commissioning plans, perform job site audits, and provide coaching to enhance field performance and foster a culture of quality. Analyze statistical data for the Commissioning Manager and lead cross-functional teams to refine organizational processes. Guide project supervisors and management on quality matters, execute Project Expectations Reviews with leadership, and delegate tasks to direct reports. Monitor team performance, remove barriers to success, and mentor employees within the hiring referral program. Requires 5+ years of field experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays between 6 am and 6 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 plus years of field experience
- Travel: 75%
- Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid statistical information and applicable analyses
- Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to company values)
- Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence
- Ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
