Job Summary
Conduct Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, installation standards, and safety protocols are utilized effectively across commissioning services. Coordinate and implement the Commissioning Plan while performing job site audits, coaching, and training to foster a culture of quality. Provide statistical analyses to the Commissioning Manager and lead cross-functional teams to refine organizational processes. Deliver Project Expectations Reviews with leadership, recommending corrective actions for project managers and support functions. Coach direct reports, remove barriers to success, and manage team performance through open communication and clear delegation. Work between 6 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 plus years of field experience
- 75% Travel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to company values)
- Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence
- Ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify

- Ability to conduct job site or on-site coaching and development of employees
- Ability to provide guidance to field employees, project supervisors, and management on matters concerning job site Quality
- Ability to provide statistical information and applicable analyses to the Commissioning Manager regarding job site Quality
- Ability to perform Project Expectations Review with project leadership and provide feedback, recommended corrective actions to Project Managers, Work Crew members as well as key Management leadership personnel and support functions
- Ability to measure and monitor the work of individual direct reports and/or collective team/taskforce team(s)
- Ability to coach and motivate direct reports/appropriate individuals to effectively perform; removes barriers to success and provides feedback, necessary resources, and open communication
- Ability to actively participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate
