Job Summary
Conduct quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, installation standards, and safety protocols are utilized effectively. Coordinate and implement commissioning plans while performing job site audits and coaching field employees to enhance performance. Provide statistical analyses to the Commissioning Manager and lead Project Expectations Reviews with leadership to recommend corrective actions. Delegate tasks, monitor direct reports, and remove barriers to success while adhering to company values. Requires 5+ years of field experience, a high school diploma, and 75% travel. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 plus years of field experience
- 75% Travel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license
