Quality Control Floor Inspector

Job Summary
Conduct in-progress and final inspections on articles under assembly, repair, and alteration. Verify all maintenance aligns with FAA regulations, the Repair Station Manual, and OEM manuals to approve articles for Return to Service. Perform visual inspections for quality and workmanship while monitoring adherence to the Western Safety Manual. Make decisions regarding airworthiness, part approvals, and major/minor repairs. Ensure proper calibrated tooling is used and that maintenance conditions meet original specifications. Communicate with leads and service managers on assigned work orders. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in general aviation maintenance
- Airframe & Powerplant Certifications
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous QA/QC Aircraft Inspector experience
- Experience with Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, King Air, Cessna, Piper and Pilatus
- Strong knowledge of FARs
- Strong proficiency with MS Word and Excel
