Job Summary
Field Supervisor to oversee field inspection operations across Melbourne, Port Saint Lucie, and West Palm Beach, FL. Lead inspectors, ensure construction quality, and drive operational efficiency in a hands-on, travel-heavy role. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating field personnel; serving as liaison between inspectors, customers, and management; monitoring reporting in customer databases (SVA Portal) and managing project documentation (Dropbox); conducting routine field visits and daily leadership through team meetings and performance feedback. Requires fiber construction experience, supervisory or extensive field inspection background, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to travel within Florida, and capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include a $60K-70K+ salary range (based on experience), monthly car allowance, gas card, and travel per diem.
Required Qualifications
- Fiber construction experience is required
- One to two years of supervisory experience OR four to five years of field inspector experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with technology; Reporting systems, databases, and documentation platforms
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
