Job Summary
Conduct quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting, and control systems while identifying issues from construction documents. Coordinate the Quality Control Plan, perform manufacturing audits, and lead small crews of 2-5 electricians. Analyze startup schedules and anticipate installation standards to optimize commissioning procedures. Perform on-site coaching, safety checks, and data collection for arc flash studies. Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional teams to refine organizational quality processes. Work Monday through Friday between 6 am and 6 pm with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of electrical experience and/or quality experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license (implied by travel requirement and job nature)
- Demonstrates the ability to complete an overall Quality inspection for projects of limited scope and size
- Opportunity to lead small crews (2-5 electricians)

- Must be able to perform safety checks on job sites and maintains compliance with company safety policies, LOTO procedures, OSHA and customer-specific safety standards
- Must be able to provide valid statistical information and applicable analyses to the commissioning foreman regarding on-site quality, commissioning, and startup procedures/schedule
- Must be able to promote 5S manufacturing when working through production quality improvements
- Must be able to participate in process improvements and drives efficiencies into the quality process
- Must be able to perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Must successfully pass a background and drug test
- Must be able to participate in E-Verify
