Quality Control Deputy Director

Develop, review, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements and client expectations. Conduct onsite and virtual quality audits to evaluate project systems, documentation, and implementation of control phases, while preparing detailed reports on findings and corrective actions. Partner with project teams to implement quality improvements, train and mentor Quality Control Managers, and analyze schedules to verify Definable Features of Work. Develop quality dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, support monthly financial reviews, and standardize best practices across domestic and international projects. Report to the Mechanical Unit President with direct reports.
