Job Summary
Inspect all high post-production garments for correct ink, thread colors, logo placement, and general flaws. Sort, count, and fold garments by size, color, and style while maintaining Lakeshirts acceptable quality standards. Read work orders and profiles to ensure accurate processing, then box and prepare items for shipping. Sew labels on garments using sewing machine experience. Monitor quality, communicate with team members about imperfections, and organize workflow to keep the area clean and safe. Use Excel to access order profiles and understand processing steps.
