Quality Control Coatings Inspector

Job Summary
Quality Control Coatings Inspector responsible for verifying that coating and surface-prep work meets contract specifications, documenting inspections through reports, and supporting QA processes. Role requires performing hold point inspections, using inspection procedures, interpreting work orders and shop drawings, communicating with production leads and QC leadership, and providing technical support to ensure QA standards are met. Must have NACE CIP I or II certification, ability to read imperial/metric measurements, and capability to lift up to 60 lb; HS diploma preferred. Second shift with shift differential offered in a full-time, year-round position in Claremont, NH. The role is safety-sensitive and conducted in a general office and production environment with exposure to computer use, and opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- NACE CIP Certification I or II
- Read and speak English
- Read measuring tape, imperial and metric
- HS Diploma (preferred)
- Experience in structural steel operations preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lb
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
