Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise testing of raw materials, finished products, packaging, and labeling to ensure quality. Provide daily production support including wet chemistry analysis and determine manufacturing adjustments. Oversee wastewater treatment and monitor water quality for product manufacture. Perform QA/QC laboratory chemical analysis, equipment standardization, and conduct quality audits on warehouse products. Assist with rework of off-spec materials and provide feedback for product specifications. Assure paperwork is complete and accurate. Works on product development projects as assigned by the Technical Director. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Degree in Chemistry or another related field preferred
- In lieu of a degree, five years' experience in a laboratory setting
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Flexibility in daily schedule
