Job Summary
Quality Control professional responsible for maintaining contract schedules, organizing records for contract jobs, and overseeing site and subcontractor performance. Works with project management and superintendents to identify upcoming issues, opportunities, and change orders; requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience in construction and compliance with contract regulations. Will perform duties across diverse environmental/disaster-recovery contexts, with emphasis on data management, documentation, and quality control in construction environments. Physical duties include standing, walking, and potential lifting up to 50 pounds; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- A minimum of 3 years construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable in office start-up situations
- Travel flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office including, Excel, Word, and Access
- Clean driving record
