Quality Control Attendant

Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of condos and rooms to ensure they are clean and maintained to daily standards. Approach guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high personal appearance and grooming standards. Complete work orders for painting repairs, furniture relocation, and space reallocation, then follow up on job completion. Inventory supplies, replace missing items promptly, and alert the manager of stock room needs such as silverware and cookware. Regularly inspect equipment for proper function and communicate with owners as needed. Plan work schedules to ensure adequate engineering service and appropriate staffing levels based on business levels. Assist room attendants when necessary and complete daily paperwork as assigned.
