Job Summary
Manage and optimize site QC activities by sampling and analyzing finish product batches, raw materials, and party samples per specification. Maintain GLP and 5S standards, ensure lab equipment calibration, and handle HPLC operations. Compile daily ERP reports in Excel, prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA), and release materials timely. Conduct Gemba walks, face audits, respond to customer complaints, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process deviations. Train casual staff on food safety and compile periodic reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in science stream
- Minimum 2 years experience in food industries
- Knowledge of product testing
- Knowledge of raw material testing
- Knowledge of water testing
- Sampling of raw material & finish product
