Quality Control Analyst - Inspector

Job Summary
Inspect filled finished product containers for injection, removing any with visible contamination or defects per SOPs and training. Learn and apply inspection techniques to become a certified inspector capable of setting up, maintaining, and operating the semi-automatic Dabrico machine. Tally defects by classification, record results in batch records, and ensure production levels are maintained. Perform daily in-house cleaning during line setup and operation, and work in other packaging areas as required. Maintain a safe environment while complying with cGMPs and safety standards. This 3rd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 6:30am with 40 hours plus overtime. Stefanini Group values candidates with pharmaceutical experience and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year related production experience
- 20/20 vision with corrective lenses
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to pass Inspector certification training/ testing
- Ability to demonstrate and comprehend product inspection techniques
- Ability to follow instructions, production schedule and adapt to changes based on the company Production demands
- Ability to read, write and follow written instructions in English
- Good communication skills with co-workers, Quality Assurance and Management
- Ability to work independently during certification process and possible production activities
- 3rd shift availability
- Primarily Sunday through Thursday 10pm – 6:30am schedule
- 40 hours per week plus overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as Material Handler
- Previous inspector or pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledge of cGMPs, Safety, SOP procedures and guidelines
