Job Summary
Quality Control Analyst II in Cell Therapy (PM/Night shift) on-site in Pearland, TX. Responsible for performing QC assays for product release, raw material release, and stability studies, maintaining data integrity under cGMP, writing deviations and quality documentation, and using flow cytometry and other cell-based assays. Requires adherence to SOPs, ability to mentor/train others, and effective communication within a collaborative team. Shift includes night differential; on-site with standard QC responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field
- Demonstrated knowledge in biological, cell-based assays including flow cytometry
- Ability to complete methods/procedures and operate specialized lab equipment
- Proficiency in cGMP and documentation practices
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Strong data recording and data integrity practices
- Ability to mentor and train others
- Team-oriented with collaborative skills
