Quality Control Analyst

Quality Control (QC) Analyst safeguards loan quality and operational integrity across real estate, consumer, and commercial portfolios. This role executes pre‐funding and post‐closing reviews, validates data across systems of record, partners with internal teams and third‐party auditors, and delivers clear, consistent reporting that drives corrective actions and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include Audit Liaison & Coordination (primary contact for pre‐funding and post‐closing audits with third‐party firms; track and resolve audit findings), Loan File Review & Quality Testing (QC testing for regulatory, credit, operational, and documentation compliance; verify data integrity across LOS, servicing system, and data warehouse; validate calculations), Data Reconciliation & Controls (compare information across systems; maintain sampling methodologies and control checklists), Reporting & Communication (produce QC reports; present findings to cross-functional teams; escalate issues), Issue Management & Continuous Improvement (log defects; track remediation; recommend process improvements), Vendor & Document Management (secure document transfer with auditors; protect NPIs/PIIs), Regulatory Awareness (stay current on lending/servicing requirements).
