Quality Contracts and Supplier Relationships Senior Officer – Live Well

Manage relationships, contracts, and risks across markets to ensure the effective commissioning and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services for adults with care and support needs. Lead and manage a team of commissioning support staff, including quality and supplier relationship personnel, while overseeing contract monitoring meetings, setting agendas, and distributing minutes. Implement quality assurance through provider visits, performance frameworks, and audits, ensuring findings are documented and relevant data is shared with commissioning colleagues. Maintain accurate records, track actions, and escalate non-compliance against KPIs and quality standards. This role requires a degree-level education, strong commissioning experience, and knowledge of legislation, with a focus on enabling residents aged 65 and over to live independently.
