Quality Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Conduct calibration and GR&R activities, maintain the quality management system across all sites, and manage internal, supplier, and customer audits. Draft procedures, revise SOPs, and train employees on new system requirements while reporting audit findings and corrective actions. Schedule audits with registrars, manage document control, and lead compliance and quality improvement projects. Assist with FMEA, APQP, and PPAP, and participate in Quality Improvement Teams. Perform monthly reporting on audit findings, schedules, and formal reports.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree in a science-related field
  • 2+ years of applicable experience
  • Able to handle paints and chemicals, including isocyanates, using required PPE
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Basic computer Skills, office/word/excel/Powerpoint
  • Basic AI knowledge and skills to utilize for work efficiency

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in ISO90001 Quality management System
  • Lean Six Sigma
