Job Summary
Develop and implement program quality management frameworks and performance monitoring processes while establishing compliance controls for federal regulations, DoD policies, and contract requirements. Lead risk management activities including identification, mitigation planning, and monitoring, then coordinate internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance assessments. Maintain quality documentation, performance metrics, and compliance reporting to support continuous process improvement initiatives across program operations. Collaborate with program leadership to identify operational risks and provide briefings on risk and compliance status. Requires an active Secret security clearance, 8+ years of experience supporting federal or DoD programs, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in a fast-paced contracting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting quality assurance, compliance management, or risk management for federal or DoD programs
- Experience supporting programs with cybersecurity, data, or enterprise IT environments
- Experience with governance frameworks, program audits, and compliance monitoring
- Active Secret security clearance required (or higher)
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired
