Quality Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements and facilitating audits. Develop performance metrics for compliance and manage CAPA processes. Collaborate with procurement on quality improvement and supplier ratings. Serve as a liaison on sanitary design and ingredient hazard analysis, and support internal training and compliance verification. Must possess knowledge of ingredient hazards under FSMA and capability in managing multiple projects. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, along with at least three years in product compliance, and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year College or university program certification in food safety, microbiology, biology or experimental scientist related background
- 2 or more years of supervisory leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product compliance and/or commercialization, product development or similar discipline, in the food manufacturing industry
- Familiar with state and federal food processing regulations
- Must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Excel proficiency (conditional formatting, formulas, drop downs, trend charting, pivot tables, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred
- ISO, ASQ and/or SQF/BRC certification preferred
- HACCP and PCQI Certifications
