Job Summary
Quality/Compliance Analyst for CS (Customer Service) at DePuy Synthes/Johnson & Johnson. Executes and supports regional operations in Document Management, Quality, Compliance, and SOX reporting; serves as the Customer Service SME for SOX, Quality and Compliance; benchmarks and implements standard methodologies; supports development of organizational plans to improve efficiency; leads/ supports projects across Supply Chain using Lean and Process Excellence; manages documentation, metrics, and training deliverables; ensures on-time completion of reviews and adherence to quality/compliance requirements; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in a regulated quality/compliance/supply chain role; travel up to 10% domestic/international; preferred experience in medical device/pharmaceutical environments and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years work experience in relevant Quality, Compliance, or Supply Chain position within a regulated, fast-paced business environment
