Job Summary
Conduct quality checks on Data Enrichment & Validation activity to ensure accurate file review, providing detailed feedback with clear instructions for remedial action. Support operations by offering process confirmations through buddy-ing and observing team members, while collating thematic findings to suggest knowledge gaps and training needs. Provide detailed information to Team Managers to improve Case Handler performance and drive a consistent quality level across all files. Work independently remotely to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets within a results-oriented environment focused on a past business review project for investment product sales.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months QC experience within a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience navigating multiple systems
- Ability to work to demanding deadlines
- Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
- Ability to work remotely/ independently & as part of a rapidly growing team
- Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness
