Job Summary
Conduct scheduled process audits and provide constructive reports on findings while ensuring day-to-day audit trails are maintained for ISO 9001 and Quality Systems compliance. Identify and address instances of poor assembly practices or defective products, working with the team to find immediate resolutions. Proactively contribute to improvement initiatives and campaigns by monitoring process adherence and offering suggestions for continuous improvement. Foster positive working relationships with various departments to uphold the highest quality standards across all products.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the importance of processes and their impact on product quality
- Previous experience in Quality Inspection or Quality Control roles
- Working knowledge of quality tools
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail
