Job Summary
Scan documents and upload them into the Docuware storage system. Identify customer-specific First Article requirements and ensure all are met prior to submission. Finalize First Article Inspection Reports and verify part marking for correctness. Generate Non-conformance reports on non-conforming product as needed. Participate in the improvement process by documenting opportunities via Engineering Change Requests. Work with multiple customers' products to maintain accuracy and timeliness. Follow work instructions, clock jobs, and stamp off current operations while understanding workflow and workload.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
- First Article Inspection Form completion
- NCR creation
- Familiar with product and process's
- Must understand quality as it relates to total customer service philosophy
- Must have thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced in the use of Database software
- Experienced in the use of Net-Inspect
- Ability to scan documents and upload them into the storage system, known as Docuware
- Ability to work multiple customers product with accuracy and in a timely mannor
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to understand work flow and work load required
