Job Summary

Support a broad range of operational quality and certification activities across Australia, including executing daily Quality & Certification tasks, maintaining records and traceability, assisting with change control, CAPA, supplier documentation checks (CoA verification), product stewardship and regulatory submissions/registrations, contributing to audits and readiness, updating KPI inputs and reporting artefacts, and participating in investigations and process improvements to ensure data integrity and compliant operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, Food Science/Food Technology or related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Quality & Certification, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs or similar role
  • Experience in a regulated, audit-driven environment
  • Practical understanding of quality management systems, including document control, non-conformance handling, CAPA awareness and change control
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 22000 certification readiness practices
