Quality & Business Process Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Global quality-management and business-process systems engineering role supporting a global QMS and related workflows. Responsibilities include user support, requirements gathering, configuring and testing workflows, scripting and reporting, project scoping and prioritization, system administration tasks, post-go-live support, and governance documentation. Partner with global/process owners to improve standardization, enable faster delivery, and strengthen process integrity across quality platforms; contribute to platform improvements including upgrades, automation, and integrations. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Typically requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality systems, enterprise applications, business systems analysis, workflow platforms, or similar environments
- Experience with an Object Oriented Programming Language
- Experience supporting business users, translating requirements, and contributing to solution design and implementation
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities across support work and project-based deliverables
- Experience with workflow configuration, forms, notifications, business rules, scripts, and reporting
- Experience coordinating or leading projects, including planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, execution tracking, and delivery support in a business systems or process improvement environment
