Job Summary
IT Business Analyst at Roche driving digital transformation and quality-process improvements. Responsible for analyzing problems, outlining opportunities, delivering pragmatic software solutions to improve end-to-end quality operations; implementing and maintaining quality management tools (e.g., Global List of Approved Suppliers and Supplier Risk Scorecards); creating training materials that map complex processes to cross-functional stakeholders; supporting lean and agile processes; analyzing large data sets to support external quality decisions and supplier-customer relationships; acting as a change agent to identify and escalate quality or regulatory issues; 12-month, full-time role based in Mississauga with hybrid work structure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Sciences (such as Pharmacy or Chemistry), or equivalent professional experience
- experience managing large datasets
- proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data visualization software like Tableau
- agile and analytical mindset
- strong communication and organizational skills
- problem-solving and IT infrastructure knowledge
- advantageous knowledge of Python and R
