Quality Business Analyst (Data Analyst)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain process performance metrics and scalable data models to support manufacturing excellence. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions for KPIs (e.g., scrap, warranty, PPM). Extract and integrate data from ERP, MES, LIMS, and other business systems. Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights and support cross-site analytics initiatives, including reporting standardization and automation. Assist sites with dashboard development, reporting tools, and business analyst support/training. Collaborate with IT and Quality teams to enhance global reporting capabilities and system integrations. Support system updates and configurations (e.g., LIMS upgrades, MES enhancements) and automated certifications. Perform ad hoc analysis and lead special projects to drive business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and Power Apps
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources (ERP, MES, LIMS, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support global teams
- U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum
