Job Summary

Undertake and enable automated testing activities across all delivery models, supporting teams to develop quality solutions and ensure continuous integration and assurance of defect-free deployment. Design automation test strategies aligned to business goals and evolve predictive testing approaches using innovative products and solutions. Collaborate with feature teams and stakeholders to build quality as an integral part of the product development lifecycle, applying standards that account for mandatory regulatory and compliance requirements. Create low-maintenance, stable, re-usable automated test suites usable end-to-end. Apply testing and delivery standards throughout the idea-to-value lifecycle at reduced cost or time to market. Work within a highly collaborative environment with colleagues at multiple levels and across cross-domain teams.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in Testing
  • Expertise in Playwright
  • Expertise in CI/CD
  • Expertise in Github
  • Expertise in Agile
  • Expertise in Jira
  • Expertise in CRM domain functional testing concepts
  • Experience of automated testing, particularly from an Agile development or CI/CD environment
  • Ability to develop complex automation code
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies with experience of working in an Agile team
  • Ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature team with a strong focus on business outcomes
  • Supporting the design of automation test strategies, aligned to business or programme goals
  • Evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches, based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and feature teams and making sure that automated testing is performed and monitored as an essential part of the planning and product delivery
  • Designing and creating a low maintenance suite of stable, re-usable automated tests, which are usable both within the product or domain and across domains and systems in an end-to-end capacity
  • Applying testing and delivery standards by understanding the product development lifecycle along with mandatory, regulatory and compliance requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in testing Generative AI/LLM applications, including accuracy assessment, hallucination detection and prompt evaluation
