Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage across the application. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies, create test plans, and design detailed test cases. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable continuous testing and rapid deployment. Lead quality advocacy, identify risks, and ensure new features are built for testability. Perform API, UI, and mobile testing; work with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium; manage test environments and data; track defects and improve quality metrics. Requires 3+ years of QA automation experience and bilingual Spanish/English; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Hybrid role based in Santo Domingo with 3 days in-office at Metro Plaza; strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
