Job Summary
Quality Automation Engineer, Banking AVP role contributing to transformation of testing through quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Drive automated testing strategies aligned to business goals, evolve predictive testing approaches, design a low-maintenance, reusable automated test suite usable across product domains, ensure automated testing is integrated into planning and delivery, and support regulatory/compliance requirements. Requires experience in automated testing within Agile/CI/CD environments and hands-on expertise with UiPath, Selenium, Java, and RestAssured; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; exposure to core-platform environments with Avaloq desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eight years total experience in automated testing
- Hands-on expertise with UiPath, Selenium, Java, and RestAssured
- Experience in Agile development or CI/CD environments
- Ability to translate business/functional requirements into automated test coverage
- Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and reusable test suites
- Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders
- Exposure to end-to-end testing in complex core-platform environments (Avaloq desirable)
- Ability to optimize regression suites and improve test efficiency
