Job Summary
Conduct quality inspections of in-process product and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor, and in the warehouse to evaluate product quality. Use measuring instruments to assess dimensions and performance criteria adherence to customer specifications while regularly engaging with associates about product conformance. Document findings with attention to detail and communicate issues and solutions clearly. Perform duties during a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am) on a 3-2-2-3 rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 12 hour night shift
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis
