Job Summary
Conduct in-process and final audits on oil-filled power and distribution transformers across the manufacturing lifecycle, verifying compliance with engineering drawings, BOMs, and industry standards like IEC and IEEE. Witness routine, type, and special tests, validate test reports against specifications, and audit incoming materials including CRGO steel, copper conductors, and transformer oil. Prepare detailed audit reports tracking corrective actions, maintain ISO 9001 records, and support customer and third-party audits. Work 90% on the factory floor, lifting moderate weights and navigating industrial environments, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation tools
- Experience in quality auditing within a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to access and navigate each department in the Office and Factory Floor
- Office (10%) and manufacturing environment (90%)
- Regular interaction with production areas
- Constant presence on the production floor
- Ability to lift moderate weights and climb ladders when required
- Exposure to industrial environment including noise and oil handling areas
- Domestic travel (approximately 5%)
