Job Summary
Prioritize, review, and deliver First Article Inspections (FAI's) for sustaining parts and development projects per AS9102 standards. Perform FAI assessments to verify customer requirements, track metrics to manage increasing workload, and develop quality management systems. Manage process improvement efforts, identify enterprise risks, and provide operational excellence training. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and follow-up of all incidents while maintaining communication with client stakeholders. Deliver delivery assurance, quoting, and supply chain support by managing supplier points of contact and updating tracking systems. Work remotely with one in-office day per week in San Antonio, TX, with hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must Reside in San Antonio TX
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Communication skills
- Understanding of data sensitivity/security
- 6 months of experience in professional office setting OR Earned Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- 6+ months working knowledge in MS Office Suite: Excel and Outlook
- 6+ months supply chain/procurement or delivery assurance experience
- 6+ months working knowledge with SAP ERP
