Job Summary
QA/Testing Systems Analyst II collaborates closely with IT teams to translate requirements into manual test cases, evaluate application functionality and architecture, document defects, and develop and refine testing strategies. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining testing documentation, documenting test results, ensuring data integrity, mentoring peers, conducting end-to-end and functional testing, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, and contributing to QA standards and change control processes. Strong emphasis on communication, problem solving, and maintaining high-quality, scalable QA practices within a mission-driven IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three years of experience in process testing and/or creating technical/procedural documentation
- Three years of experience supporting projects to successful outcomes
- Preferences: SCRUM/Agile experience; testing/QA software experience; two years of project management experience; two years with software/hardware vendors; one year with software lifecycles
