Job Summary
Quality Assurance Technician responsible for patrolling the property to identify maintenance and custodial issues, notifying the Facilities Manager for immediate resolution, inspecting cleanliness of hallways and common areas, and performing related duties to meet Crawford Hoying’s standards. Responsibilities include documenting damages, coordinating with cleaning services, ensuring doors, thermostats, irrigation, and other systems function properly, touching up paint, managing trash and landscaping tasks, assisting with mail deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors. Requires maintenance/janitorial experience, HS diploma with relevant technical training, knowledge of safety procedures, and a flexible schedule including occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of maintenance or janitorial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by specialized courses or on-the-job in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry, and an ability to operate hand tools
- Knowledge of first aid and safety procedures
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
