Job Summary
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; use calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify specs; document inspection results and quality data; analyze quality trends and support continuous improvement; communicate quality issues clearly with production and leadership teams; calibrate gauges and inspection equipment; ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Strong computer skills — proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and related technical documentation.
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
- Experience using measurement and inspection tools
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a production environment
