Job Summary
Quality Assurance Technician responsible for processing, reviewing, and preparing customer order documentation (including Certificates of Analysis and test data) to ensure shipments meet GracoRoberts quality standards. Works with cross‐functional teams to maintain documentation in the ERP system, support root cause analysis and CAPA, participate in continuous improvement and AS9100/AS9120 compliance, assist with internal audits and product inspections, access supplier/customer portals for shipping authorizations, and collaborate to meet customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance–related experience
- Associate degree preferred
- Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action problem‐solving tools
- Experience in value‐added distribution preferred
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual or eligible to obtain required authorizations
