Job Summary
Inspect returned units, diagnose issues, and prepare instructions for repair, maintenance, or recalibration. Perform repairs, maintenance, and calibration of returned products while operating and maintaining lab equipment, instruments, and cleanroom workspaces per established procedures. Maintain accurate production records, workflow documentation, and quality logs, following all safety, quality, ESD control, and cleanroom gowning protocols. Participate in team meetings to provide updates and close action items, collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Technical Support, Production, and Purchasing to recommend and implement enhancements to production, diagnostic, and QA processes. Contribute to cross-functional training, workflow improvements, and system implementations. This 100 percent onsite role at KMSA's Redmond headquarters supports the full product lifecycle, from production and calibration through troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, cleanroom assembly, electromechanical systems, or QA diagnostics
- Basic understanding of electronics, schematics, and diagnostic troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ISO requirements, CRM systems, and internal test software
Desired Qualifications
- A.S. in Electronics or technical certification
- Familiarity with ISO requirements, CRM systems, and internal test software preferred
