Job Summary
Review completed data report sheets and facilitate investigative measures for discrepancies, non-conformities, or out-of-control situations. Generate and transmit Certificates of Analysis to customers while maintaining data report sheets, Master Indexes, Quality Windows templates, and customer/trial data dashboards. Assist with lab equipment maintenance, calibration, and supply stocking, plus internal quality auditing and vendor raw material specification tracking. Review raw material Certificates of Analysis, monitor compliance, and assist in the review and disposition of non-conforming product. File and maintain NCN records, support lab training needs, and handle special testing requirements for internal rejections or customer complaints. This role includes weekend/holiday COA and on-call coverage rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years' experience in industrial manufacturing environment including physical property testing
- Strong computer aptitude (Microsoft office skills)
- Ability to distinguish letters
- This position is part of a required weekend/holiday COA and on-call coverage rotation
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to work from heights
- Ability to climb ladders
- Work in a safe manner and follow all Safety Rules
