Job Summary

Collect and file Certificates of Analysis for incoming raw materials, then perform and document testing for products from the mixing, coating, and converting areas. Maintain daily safety regulations, calibrate test equipment at proper intervals, and keep calibration records up to date. Identify nonconforming products, attach hold tags, and inform shift leaders of issues while providing test results to the MRB for customer returns. Update the Quality Manual, Level 2 Procedure Documents, and ISO work instructions as required. Participate in MRB meetings and provide test data from trial runs. Maintain a satisfactory attendance record and be able to stand a majority of any shift, including overtime.

  • Good organizational skills
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Good understanding of metric measures
  • Good understanding of English measures
  • Ability to stand a majority of the shift
  • Willingness to work any shift required
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Maintains a satisfactory attendance record

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or laboratory experience
